I have had them squeal every now and then but it goes away once I wash and rinse the wheels, ..I have the Brembo front brakes with the 6M so maybe I don't use the brakes as much as those with the automatic transmissions..

Mine squeal too. Looks like there was a TSB for this for the 2004's. Maybe the problem came back. I'm thinking about taking mine in.

I have always found high temp disk brake grease to work much better than
the sticky stuff.
I have tried the sticky stuff, and it just made a mess of everything, and I still
had brake noise.

You would need to clean the sticky stuff off the pads and the pistons, then try
the grease.

Disks have nothing to do with noise, pads do, how they fit, their compsition,
and how they slide on the caliper contact points.
I grease the contact points also.

Its also important to bed the pads in correctly, you do moderate stops
without letting things overheat, usualy by slowing down hard from 60 to say 40
mph a bunch of times when new pads are fit.
otherwise glaze builds up and causes noise.
Cant say I always bed the new pads in, but I still get no noise...

The original setup on our 2005 6mt is quiet and smooth so far, i have
done nothing yet, not even had the wheels off...

same situation on my 05 TL last month. Right front brakes. They replaced the brake pads for free for both front brake pads. Original pads are not good according to Service Manager. Best bet is to bring to the dealer. Its under warranty.
