SPOTTED: WDP w/ gold rims in NY right by GWB
So as I was on my way back from the East coast meet today and as I was getting on the George Washington Bridge heading back to Jersey I saw this WDP TL. It has gold wheels on it and it looked like it was dropped... I can swear that ive seen pics of it on here but idk who it is.

It looked like the one on the left, except he had NY plates and is from NY, where as the guy in the pic is from washington
