Spotted NBP in Oakland
Made a left tonight (Sunday 11/27, around 10:00) onto Park Blvd. from Mountain Blvd. near Hwy. 13 in Montclair. It was dark, but the NBP appeared to be tinted w/chrome wheels. Not sure about a kit.
I was in my 05 SSM waiting to turn left onto Mountain Blvd., so the NBP passed right in front of me. Anyway, looking good @ night.
