A few weeks ago I went ahead and ordered a decklid spoiler from thespoilerstore on eBay. The 1st spoiler arrived damaged, it cracked on one end and the paint was chipped on the other. I contacted them and they responded by saying it was probably done in transit and the would send me a new one. I was satisfied with that until I went to my parents house this weekend to pick up my 2nd spoiler. The box looked like it went around the world before it reached me, it really took a serious beating ( for some reason my Dad still accepted it). Well I open the package and before I could even the remove the spoiler from its piss poor plastic packing, I noticed the spoiler was completely broken in half. I sent them another email right away and haven't heard back from them. Should I open a PayPal dispute or should I give them more time? I read some other post where people received theirs damaged too, why don't these guys just take the time to package them better?

 

Email them, wait 24 hours. If they don't respond, then open dispute.

Send them pics of the box and damage.

yeah, i got mine from that same company too - mine was a bit warped when i received it: they refunded me 50% - i took it gladly. give them a bit more time, they're usually very good with exchanges...good luck!
