Is this spoiler OEM?

I found this wrecked TL that looks bone stock. Only addition is this spoiler.
Thinking about getting it, and painting it.
I only want it if it's OEM

Can you guys tell if it is by these pics??

If it's not OEM is an exact copy.

It definitely looks like an OEM TL-S spoiler to me.

Not sure if it's base or type S. I'm bad at that stuff.

Doesn't have bolts... Which makes me think it's aftermarket

Does that make sense?

It's an add-on spoiler. You could get it at Acura on the base or Type-S.

Thanks Polo.
Yeah, I knew they sell them for base and type S(two different spoilers)
So this one looks like the base OEM I think.

Maybe they just put it on without the bolts... Which some people do

I guess I'll find out when I get it.
Worth the chance.
If not, I'll sell it on BM

I didn't know they offered this spoiler on anything other than the TL-S from the factory either. There is another spoiler option that came on the 04-06 Aspec TL's which looks like this:

It makes sense that the bolts aren't being used here though, because normally when someone adds on a spoiler themselves they just use double sided tape instead of potentially ruining their trunk lid. I can't see much of a difference between the spoiler on my TL-S and the one in the pics.

Long story short....It looks good and appears to be OEM so go get it.

^^^they definitely had a type S "looking" base spoiler for our cars.
Mine is still available in my color actually.
I just don't want to spend $300+ for it

That is a base spoiler. The type-s is quite bigger and it wraps downwards on the trunk too.

If its not bolted down, most likely its aftermarket.
