Speechless.

I was going to the supermarket one night, and on the freeway with mild traffic. I pass a white civic 2 door that looked pretty heavily modified outside, more JDM than rice. I pass it at around 80mph and the white civic goes on the left lane and just guns it. Right when I see him gun it I floor my 3G TL also, and what do you know that little white civic passes by me when I was going 130mph like I was stuck in mud. I was so shocked! Got scared then braked back to 70mph. Christ was I taught a lesson that night lol.

What I saw a few years ago on the road...

Corvette racing a stock (and kinda dirty looking) 2nd generation CRX

The CRX spanked him and was off into the horizon in no time.

Whatever motor it had, it sounded like the most pissed off hornets nest ever..

a fried of mine is completely rebuilding a civic from the ground up and he estimates it to be about 700 + WHP when he is done. SO far All i have seen is a completely stripped interior, lambo doors, xenon lights, and im not sure what the engine swap is. After it is done it will prob cost as much as a slightly modified supra... To be honest I would take the supra, but the point is, never underestimate civics... even if they do look ricer. I have seen civic hatches pull 12s easy.

I never got into modding civics. I'm happy with 270HP Factory Clean Looking Acura TL

putting a turbo on a type R motor is a waste, GSRs are a lot better to boost with, i was into all that stuff for a while, 288 whp n/a crx running 10.6

completly true...those civic hatchback can pulls 12 easy with the right engine swap like TYPE-R motor...and with turbo and stuff to it..they can probably even pull 11's if im ont wrong...those hatchback are killers if they do the right mod to it...

Well, I wouldn't call it "a waste". But yeah, the GS-R engine is a better candidate for FI than the B18C5.

Really the integra LS is the best engine for a turbo it can handle more boost with its lower compresion.
