A-spec wheel
We know all the exterior differences, but didn't some people say it has a different steering wheel w/ special stitching or am I making this up? If not any pics or descriptions of the changes? A-spec might be all external, I have been known to make stuff up. :/

yes it does have diff stuff, Honda officially claims it:
Performance springs and shocks lowering the vehicle approximately 1.2 inches (30 mm)
