Is the A-spec a simple DIY?

I tried searching for a detailed guide on installing the A-spec lip kit but I couldn't find anything on this site. Found one on Acurainspired.com but it wouldn't let me view it A good link would be reallllyyyy appreciated

If theres no link, is it a fairly straight forward installation? I'm guessing its held w/ 2-way tape and screws like most lip kits, but are the holes for the screws already drilled? I see something on the rear bumper, donno if theyre for the lipkit though.
