I need a new bumper for an 05 TL, I was going to just buy a stock bumper but they don't come painted apparently, now I also want the A-Spec kit but I'm poor. However as of right now I have the money for either a new bumper or I can buy the A-Spec bumper (which will save me money since it's already painted.) My question is basically "will it look like crap?" since all I will have is the A-Spec bumper and stock everything else (save for the rims.) I'm going to work on getting the rest once I have the money, but for now I'm basically just worried it would look a little off since there aren't really too many A-Spec TLs around for me to compare my car with.
Thoughts?
Opinions?

A-Spec is an add on. It's not really a bumper itself.

 

I know the lip and the side skirts are,but I had been under the impression that the A-Spec bumper was basically a full bumper. Perhaps I have been misled.

 

Sorry buddy, it's not. t's just a piece that goes on top ofthe bumpe. So I guess you should get the bumper first

 

yeah sorry man. however if you were going to get your bumper and just wanted the aspec from lip, it would actually look good. better with the whole kit but it would look better than having nothing at all on the front. I got the from lip for free when my bumper got fucked up and i just had that for a bout a year until i finaly had enough money to buy the rear! So now i have the front and rear and it looks good, but definitely need the side skirts to complete it. but the way i see it, its better than nothing!

 

man...why can't anything ever just be cheap! lol.
I guess I'll just get the bumper,but that's going to cost me since I'll have to get it painted since for some reason the geniuses just won't sell it painted.

I'll try to get the front lip with it...but I'm not sure I'll be able to swing it. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
