Not sure if I understand your question.
The car comes with Stock lips/skirts. Acura also makes a "sportier" version called an A-Spec body kit. The A-Spec is a bit more aggressive.
Both Stock and A-Spec are "OEM".

Total Newbie Question
At the risk of showing my complete newbie-ism....what is A Spec? My 2005 TL has the optional front lip spoiler, the optional side skirts, rear facia, and trunk lip spoiler...is this A Spec?

Yep, sounds like the A-Spec Body Kit. As mentioned above the "full" A-Spec also includes Wheels and Suspension Components.

Look at some of the pics in this thread for the lip kit. Posts 3, 8 & 11 have it:

JDM Laser Fogs!
^hahaha... I'll take front lip.
Now all we need to do is find one more person that wants the A-Spec sides (NBP)
And we can split the cost. I'm down!

People call it Aspec kit because it's part of the Aspec TL.
They're OEM parts or accessories, it's optional.
I thought the group buy price was $799US shipped within US.

true a-spec is the lip kit (side skirts, front lip and rear fascia) suspension, optional rear trunk lip or wing, optional steering wheel. 18" 5 double spoke wheels and small "a-spec" badge
no horspower gains, just look and handling
calipers and 6mt has nothing to do with a spec. the calipers are factory on all 6mt and new type S.

I spoke with Tim about 2 days ago, he has no access to a phone (didn't last week) because there was a fire at his dealership, he said he's lucky that he's ok. Here's the email he sent me.
"Hi Chris,
Sorry for the late response, we're just picking up the pieces after a fire here.
It was just an electrical fire, and only went as far as one wall, but let me tell you I'm lucky to be alive as the box was 15 feet on the other side of the wall where my department is and was ready to explode.....
I've moved the Hondacuraworld operation over to my Honda store for the time being, and shipping and orders are now resuming business as usual.
Unfortunately, I won't be available by phone for an extra day, maybe through Monday, but we're here on email and AIM
We're scheduled to move the operation back on Friday or Monday as electrical crews are working on the building.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance."

hmmm, may be I'm missing something here, but it looks to me that you can get the kit from acura dealers on ebay for the same price if not less, so whats the point of group buy if its going to be around the $850 mark???
