Spark plugs

I have a Base model 2007 TL with 180k on it. I’m looking to replace my spark plugs. Could I install performance sparks plugs? And if so, how does it effect the engine?

or should I just stick to the usual, standard spark plugs?

Shouldn't beat people up for asking legitimate questions like this. Its a TL owner's page, a place for asking, gaining, sharing knowledge about our cars. And not everyone knows everything or knows what we know. The guy's going to be spending some $ on parts and labor and just wants to get best possible bang for bucks that must be spent. No foul there.
