Don't know whether that's a question, but they're the numbers.
$8.50 Rock Auto $16.95 Dealer
Some have said Advance Auto with the discount code is the way to go. See they're $7.99.

I was looking on ebay and came across these:
6.pcs NGK 6994 IZFR6K11 9807B-5617W Spark Plugs Laser Iridium Made in JAPAN | eBay

Do they seem like a good buy or should I go RockAuto?

The ebay ad plugs appear to be OEM plugs NOS (New Old Stock), perhaps were purchased when a dealership closed or such. A good price.

I'd be cautious. I believe nfnsquared purchase NGK plugs on ebay and they proved to be problematic.

I recently ordered some for pickup from Advance. With coupon code SCW277 ($20 off $60), they were $40 for 6 (the plugs are $9.99, or $59.95 for all 6... so I added a $1.49 pack of dielectric grease to bump my order over $60).
