Does anyone know why when I turned the key it made a buzzing noise. Im pretty sure the car was off but when I tried to turn it on and it made a buzzing sound. Then I took the key out and started it. Did I mess anything up? Or is that ok?

If the noise cmae from your dash its happend to me a few times. All that happend is that you turned the key enough to get the car to try and start, but didnt hold it long enough to turn the engine over.

Dont worry you shouldnt have done any damage.
