Whatever they are called, I am just pissed. Happened within the last 3 days. The tire caps where you fill the air that is what I am talking about. They are the ones on my 18 OEM's. Can I order them through Acura? How much?>

That sucks. You should be able to pick up a set of chrome caps at any auto parts store. They shouldn't be too expensive - which makes it even sadder that someone would steal them off your ride.

 

Well my next questions is are those caps that are on the 18's the same as those on the 17's? I can just take them off of them if that is true. The Acura dealer told me that they were the same. Anyone know? If not I guess I can pick some up from Pep Boys or something, but seriously. Who would risk stealing a set of $6 tire valve caps.

 

The caps on the 17's are plastic and the caps on the 18's are chrome.

I knew it, Jackass at Acura-I guess I can put them on temporarily. So I can buy chrome caps at Pep Boys or Autozone. Will they be the same if not similar to what was on the 18's? Are they universal-the chrome caps? Hey maybe I should get colored caps.....kidding

oh shiiiit you mean that was your car?... just playing. I know how it feels though, someone took 2 of mine and I just removed the other two.

 

Why do you need them though? They do not have any functional use. Just keep your valves naked.

 

Somewhere in your neighborhood, some kids have nice shiney chrome valve stem caps on their bikes!.

Check these out, you need a special tool to remove them. So nobody but you can take them of. You can even get the acura logo on them, cool

 

I had the valve caps that showed the air pressure and some took them of my tires last weekend when I went to the local mall.

Those are pretty slick. A little pricey, but it should keep 'em off the kid's bikes!
