actually machined face hyper silver mettalic.

Bolt James, old buddy ol pal...

I would love to know what you do for a living, becasue your delivery has no class, almost like the lack of class that you claim the kits have. I plan to make this a work in progress with the manufacturer as it is being fabricated, and if that means adding and taking away certain characteristics, I will do so, but solely based off of my opinion. This kit and wheels represents my company that I have started from scratch, with some saved up dough, and I'm sorry, but I refuse to let negative energy slow down my efforts.
I just wanted to thank you for actually driving me forward with this whole thing by trying to dis me, rather than give me a helpfull critique. "go away?"

please, you can do better than that.

I will be focussing on the wheels right now since we are so close to the scheduled debut date, then once that starts to run smoothly, I will shift my attention to the kits, which will prooly take a few months to get developed. the designs are also going to be tweaked until they are perfect. these are concepts and may have a few characteristics carried over to the production ready kit. I plan to def do a TL kit, and one other, maybe an 05 RL kit, or a 2nd gen CL kit. but I will play it by ear until the time for a decision comes. thansk for the interest, you won't be disapointed with the final product.

Pricing has yet to be set, but the kit will be either AVS Plastic, (OEM Materials for the front bumper) or Poly eurethane. but def not fiberglass. and the pricing will be competitive. thats all i can say now, till I settle on a manufacturer.

Also - will the rims clear the bremo brakes? I know many rims do not without other modifications.

The wheels for the 04 tl with brembos clear by a finger's width, I test fitted the samples on a TL at the dealer. I have yet to test fit the brembos that don't come with the 6mt, but I am 99% sure it will fit as well.

RONJON:

I'm upgrading from '02 ABP TL-S to the '04 TL-Black on Black w/the Factory A-spec kit Monday..I really like your kit more. I guess I should cancel the A-Spec kit or do you incoparate the sides and back into yours? You last replied in June...any new status on the development of it?

Ground Kits

The design looks great but it may need to be toned down just little bit. I know that if your gonna get a kit you would want it look far from OEM but it needs to be a little reserved, were talkin about a semi luxury performance sedan. I do know from experience that Acura's ground effects kit is not enough for some one to notice immediatly because I work at an Acura dealer in Jax, FL and every time I try to sell the kit the customer always has a hard time finding the value of over $ 1,000 for something that they can barely recognise is even there.

If Acura ever released the kit like that of their A-Spec TL concept, I'd be all over that. But this kit is just nice. rondog, do you have any side-view pics of the front of the kit (the pic of the silver TL)? It seems to have gotten cut out of the picture. I like it. rondog, keep up the good work!

The front pictures from 4/12/2004 look like a Saab -- the same grill openings (especially the vertical ones on the sides and same "shield" shaped primary grille).
