So the wife took me to Ruth's Chris and....

let me tell you all that the TL was def the best looking car in the lot!!! Yes, it was my 27th birthday and the NBP ( or TL for that matter ) was by FAR the best car in the lot. There was a silver G35, a black ES300 and a new white C-Class on both sides of me , among several other 40G plus vehicles- each a space apart because you know we park far away!! LOL..and i am tellin you all that ours was easily the most attractive....thought you would appreciate the SATISFACTION!!!! Happy Holidays to ALL!!!

Man that place rocks...

But obviously the TL looks better than those cars LOL the ES300 is the ugliest expensive turd i've ever seen. Yuck...The previous C class wasn't that nice, but hte new one is amazing! And the G...meh. Too many around, got played out after the first year. Don't even get me started on the sedan

lol very true, "to each his own"

it depends what car was there though, if there was a GS450h, you can't really say the TL looks better lol
but for its PRICE RANGE, i'd have to concur.

Ruth's Chris must be different in your neck of the woods, in NYC it's horrible.
The TL exterior beats any ES, C or G. IMO even the 3 series without the Sport Package.

They served my wife water in a cracked/chipped glass...
They are not in the same league as Peter Luger's or Bobby Van's and probably a step up from Outback.

SH*T- here in Detroit, Ruth Chris's is one of THE places to go. I was NOT impressed by their menu ( or the final bill!), for a restaraunt with a reputation.

Morton's >> Ruths Chris

Both are pretty good as "high end chains", but there are almost alway local top-end steak houses that can beat 'em on food and atmosphere.

NYC doesn't count. You've got a $$$$$ restaurant on every block.

True, too bad I'm on a cardio diet.
But let's get back on-topic.
IMO I don't see any car in the TL's price range or class that comes close in exterior looks, even though it's been out for 5 yrs. But of course it's all subjective..

Menu was very limited. When I go to a 5 star rest. I like a variety. My wife, who had been there before, was disappointed also. In Detroit, there are a LOT better steakhouses for less $$$.

Therefore:

I can make a better dinner at my house for any amount of people for a fraction of their price! Who's ready to eat?

It's too bad that I heard there was a big recall on beef in the United States.

I've never heard of Ruth's Chris before, but I justed looked it up so maybe I'll go there one day. TL's are the sexiest car that an everyday person can afford.

i believe ruth's chris is quite on top, quite few levels higher than outback, and 1 or 2 levels above flemings

even when i go to flemings and have them valet, they park my car somewhere far, never in front of the restaurant.
