As I mentioned to the acurazine community last week about my accident in the snow here in CT. Well the insurance company assessed the damage and they determined my TL is in fact Totaled! If you didn't know what I had its a 2004 Acura TL non/navi with 62k miles. Well they sent out a check for $16,984 for the vehicle which I think isn't so bad compared to KBB value. Well now I have no car which isn't good at all and I am in search for a new car hopefully a TL. Just wanted to let you guys and girls know and hopefully I will find something asap. Please let me know if you know of any good deals in the Northeast area for any TL's.

My thought - If you liked the 04, see if you can find a new '08 that's still sitting on somebody's lot. Upgrade to navi if you have the $.

Glad to hear you're alright. Here in PA I slid down an icy hill about 50 yards last week and luckily didn't do any damage to my relatively new 08. Its a rough winter this year.

look at the classifieds in the black market, cars.com and autotrader. You can pick up an 05 with navi and about 50K for around 17K...

Check out this dealer he has 2 on this lot an 05 and 06 and a 05 tsx all with low mileage and one of the TL'S has nav. www.samscars.com my of with the a-spec kit came for him and when i got it it had only 15k on the clock.

in the mean time.. find out where they're auctioning your car.. maybe buy it for $1k and make more buy selling parts..

Thanks for your concern guys an yes I was able to walk away with no problems this car is solid. I feel very safe in a TL now and I am looking forward to getting myself another one now.
