So I got the Boomslang harness
for the VAFC2...the rpm signal doesnt work 100% because its put onto the crank position sensor wire which reads out more than its supposed to...anyway Im going to connect the signal cable to my alarms bypass module because that puts out the correct RPM. The company who makes the bypass module said the RPM signal stays constant until you shut the motor off. Now if that doesnt work Ill just do it the old school way and run the line to Coil Pack No.1....no problem with that.....now who do I get to tune this thing???? LOL i already played with the vtec controls and the engagement points r sick! but i put it back to normal so nothing goes bananas until i get the car dynoed.

I (don't) whine.

Why did you go with the VAFC? Oh and I wouldn't mess with the tune unless you were at the dyno. I just got the boomslang harness not to long ago and hooked it all up to my aem FI/C and got an RPM signal. Where are you located cuz you have options in cali. If you had the same setup as me i'd be willing to share maps lol

damn bro, im in NYC at the moment. sharing maps would be cool....lol. I went with VAFC2 because it supports V6's and I just need minimal fuel and air correction...the vtec i wanted to bring it to 4300rpm instead of 4800 and leave it at the same shut off point. people ive spoken to that tune hondas swear by the VAFC's so i said u know what...it makes sense....i dont need much to correct my probs so it should work.
