so i'm looking for a 6spd TL ALL OVER!!!!! i find a ssm tl-s low miles low price and i want it!! my bank draft/check in hand!! so i call dude up and we make arrangements start talking about $$ and hes like OK. so BAM i'm making plans to go pick the car up tomorrow and then i get a phone call. its him asking if i can wire transfer the money over instead of the bank loan/check . he really didn't seem to know how one works cuz as i was explaining it to him and stating that we can go to the bank and verify funds, he kept asking about a cashiers check and wire transfers. so i call the bank and see how the process is and find out it would take 4-7 days for full process. 24hrs for my loan cancellation, 24hrs for new application, 24hrs for faxing paperwork and exact #'s. then after all that 24 hrs to funds to be wired to his account. seems really over exaggeratted but its not. this is what the bank said and i can see why and how. my thing is WHY THE FUCK the guy just doesn't take the loan check that would be verifed by his bank by contacting my bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He may think your scamming him. You see that a lot on Craigslist and such. People want to send you a cashiers check that bounces. Hope you can get it though.

Sooo maybe im missing something but why cant you get that one? Did he come out and say he will not accept that check? Thats BS tell him you can stand in front of the banker as they verify the funds. If thats the one you want man go for it dont just give up.
