Hi folks,

I was wondering if you have any thoughts on Dealers in the So. Cal Area for service, good, bad, etc?

I will need to take my TL in for service B soon and was just looking for some feedback.

I've had good experience with Downey acura with my CL and I hear that cerritos has a good service center.

I took my '04 to Tustin Acura for A service and to Downey Acura for B service. Both seem pretty decent. Since you're in Irvine, I'd go to Tustin. Just call a few days ahead of time to schedule an appointment - they get pretty busy. Downey was a little bit cheaper for the service and I was able to schedule the service next day, but that is a bit of a drive from Irvine.

Yeah,

I took my TL to tustin for the A service but they didn't provide any loaner. Otherwise the service was decent.

I also called them about my CL repairs and their charges for some of the things I needed done were through the roof. I opted to take the CL to Downey where it was cheaper and they gave me a loaner TSX.
