Snowboard Rack ???
Anyone out there know of any snowboard type removable rack I could possibly buy and use on occasion that won't damage the paint? Do any even fit a third gen TL?

One on the right for me
there have been a few threads about roof racks/snowboard carriers. thule makes a good roof rack, i assume yakima does as well. part numbers are listed somewhere on this site with pictures as well

i have the thule rack and it does not damage the paint. the footings are coated with this soft plastic which i was a little reluctant to put on cause i though it would damage the paint. but if was fine(just don't twist it too tight).

Yakima does not list one for our cars.....thule is prob your best bet unless you can find a yakima dealer that can find out which connectors will properly fit (if any exist?) Doesnt look like they have listed it as "no fit"....but havent figured out what connectors to use yet? There are others already here with the thule unit though if you do a seach...

Much Appreciation
Thanks guys! I knew I could count on you all for some help
I had been looking into both of those, and was a little concerned cuz neither yakima nor thule websites listed anythign for a third gen TL.
But you've reassured me in my original thought that it'd be fine
hehe
Thanks!
