Aren’t all the side mirrors on the third gen tl heated? I see some on eBay marked as non heated.
I’m not talking the glass. I mean the whole housing.
I nailed a mailbox so I need to replace mine.
It a used one came off of a tl, wouldn’t it be heated?

 

I briefly looked and all my results on ebay are for heated mirror housings.

but yes, all 3rd gen TL's use a heated mirror

anyway, the ones on ebay are fairly cheap...that one you're considering must be SUPER cheap

This. The only thing related to the whole housing and heated mirror function is the harness/connector inside the side mirror.
