Side Marker / Blinker Bulb
Side Marker / Blinker Bulb
Hey I was wondering if anybody new that if in NJ the side lamps/blinkers need to light up amber or if they could be white. I blacked out my headlights this weekend and the side lamp/blinker bulb is ugly and I wanted to put a chrome dome bulb in, but i also dont need another excuse to get pulled over. Illegal tint and no front license plate at the moment (<~~~being addressed in my lower grill modifications, will post pics when it is done) Thanks in advance.

Probably illegal, but check your state's DMV policies online. You should be able to find it pretty quickly. If you're not worried about the legality of the lights and want a bright white light, go with the PIAA 7443 hyper white. That's what I have. I tried the chrome bulbs that light up white, but their light output is so low that I had to take them out; you couldn't even see them flash during daylight hours.
Good luck!
