Side airbag off

Has anyone experienced an amber "side airbag off" indication in between the fuel and temperature gauge?

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

it'll turn off if it notices someone/something might be blocking the airbag, like if you lean over the the side.

Try sitting in the passenger seat and see if it goes away.

Do you have something on the seat? Something less than 50 lbs?

Thanks for the reply people. The indication goes away when someone sits in the seat. However, the indication comes back on once there is noone in the seat. I may just take the car to Acura.
