Should I Pull the Trigger on this 3G TL-Type S?

I know the rating system change had something to do with measuring the engine hp rated at the crank WITH accessories compared to how they used to do it without, so the TL engine makes 270 at crank but then with the drivebelt for I assume power steering, alternator, and water pump it comes down to 258.
But is AC accounted for and I guess this is why cars are going towards more electrically driven power steering.

08KBP- I did. I went back to the dealership Saturday to confirm in my gut that $6,000 and my Camry was too far of a rift to make a deal on a great running, yet cosmetically flawed TL-S (front bumper and right front fender definitely should be re-sprayed due to actual scratches and scraps. Plus 3 of the 4 door panel vinyl trim stich pieces are un-done. not to mentioned the driver's seat leather, 1 rectangle needs to be replaced and the rear bumper cover on the right side is scrapped on the bottom and the bumper panel and right rear fender need t o line up, looks to be the clips of the bumper are off.
Even before saying I was passing, the salesman and his manager dropped the price to $5,800 out the door with my Camry. I said no thank you and they insisted I only came back to buy the car and I should really drive it up and finish up the paperwork right then and there. They asked me what it would take to make a deal happen and I told them $4,800 out the door and my Camry. They came back 10 minutes later as this was above the sales manager's pay-grade and final offer all in was $5,500 out the door plus my Camry.
Needless to say I drove home in the Camry. I followed up with my salesman and re-iterated my $4,800 offer and would leave a deposit over the phone and pick up the Monday. The salesman came back with our final offer is $5,500 and than you for the opportunity, but maybe next time. To which I went to $5,000 and got the same response, so I am not exactly in a hurry to buy a car that is mechanically sound, but needs cosmetic work at a retail price, plus my trade....
Who knows, they might have the car for another week or 2 and comeback to me, but not going to beg the dealership to take my money and trade knowing what my Camry with to me all things considered.
