Should I buy or should I not

i just sold my 03 honda accord lx 6500. it was sitting on tein super street. mugen front lip. top and bottom 8000k hid. all tinted window .roof spoiler and trunk lip. all LED inside. mudflap.. i kinda regret it now but neways i was looking for a car around 6500. however i saw an 04 acura tl SIX SPEED with 122k for 9500 or best offer. i talk to him on the phone and he say the lowest he goes is 9000( but hopefully i can push it a little more when i see it in person). the car is Silver with black leather no navi. tinted window with painted gunmental stock rim. everything is stock. he say it just received a complete service with the timing belt, water pump and all the fluids including synthetic oil. oh yeah SECOND OWNER. i will run a carfax when he send me the vin. is this car worthed for me to put another 2500?

ps. i always wanted a tl-six speed( with a type s converson in the near future. )

I had a hard time reading your post but that seems like a decent price considering the milage and that the 105k service has been done.

Just make sure he's got all the records on service. Otherwise, you'll hopefully be OK. I wish it had Nav though....

I'd be concerned that only one window is tinted and the car only comes with one gunmetal rim

Go for it. Good deal. Look it over very close for abuse.

I would say go with the MT one you won't stumble over AT issue, don't get the Type S conversion because god know how much abuse the owner put on the car unless you knew the previous owner.

MT in my opinion, but take a close look at it and as always get it inspected by a reputable dealer of your choosing. Verify the receipt of the work he claims that was done.

Clutch might have some wear depending on how it was driven..unfortunately you'll have to just bite the bullet to wait and see. When you test drive it, when you shift into 4th, 5th or 6th try flooring it (when safe) to see if the clutch slips.

because the 08 bumpers look better. Can you post links of each car please? I'd leave it up to you. The automatic TL are still quick. Especially coming from an accord lx. is go for auto w/ navigation. There's a lot of tech to be had especially if you hack the navigation it'll do even more stuff for you.
