Should I buy the car?
Ha I told you so, Type S doesn't sit for very long it just a matter of time to find a right buyer to scoop it. I remember when I shopping for TL-S almost every call I get similar response "sorry there already a deposit on it".
i'm sorry, but i'd pass
the navigation is a great tool for when you want convenience
the alignment is off for a performance trim model also when you want driving pleasure
i think there was a collision (maybe minor), but just enough to take care of it off the books (and off carfax), and enough to rock navi system and alignment off

^ yes a deposit would have been wise. Any dealer should honor a refundable deposit to hold it for you for a certain amount of time. I just purchased an 07 KBP 6MT from an Audi dealer over 1000 miles away from me. They held the car on deposit for almost 2 weeks. Glad I did the deposit right away as they said they had a ton of calls on it after me.
