Shipping a headlight

Anyone that has shipped a headlight before, what size box did you use and about how much was it. I have a box but I am a little worried its not big enough and trying to get an idea of an average ship price. Thanks guys!

I've shipped many of them, but none recently, so I suggest you take the measurement of the box plus weight and then just go to the website of choice to get a cost.

I recently shipped a large, 2014 Cadillac STX passinger side headlight from Baltimore, Md. to New York, NY.. I bought an oversize box from the local U-Haul store, and some styrafoam from the local JoAnn fabric store. Cut the foam to fit and cradle the headlight, material cost = $11.85. USPS cost $25.75, included return receipt. Once you have the weight and dimensions of the box, you can go to the USPS website and obtain an estimate of the shipping cost. The same cost estimate feature is available on-line for UPS and Fed Ex.
