Shift knob change..

Owner here of a 2007 automatic (oh to do over again...6 speed....looking everyday) TL Type S. Does anyone know if the shift knob from I believe were from 1999-2003 CL Type S's, with the Type S emblem on the knob screw on easily to a 2007 Type S. Silly I'm sure...

It probably will but honestly the Hardwood TL Shift knob looks more premium. That's what I have on my Type-S. Let me find a pic and post!

Here's my knob replacement:

It's a similar look and feel to stick but a bit beefier and better looking to me.

I see! I'm not sure how good that may look with my black/silver interior though (the brown etc)
