I have been taking my 04 TL to Ed Martin Acura and their service department sucks!! I would like something close to the North or east sides of town.

Could you elaborate on why their service department is bad?

 

dont worry, the service department here at sussman acura in willow grove, pa sucks as well. they never seem to be able to "duplicate" any problems. more like they don't want to admit theres any problems.

Have you dealt with them since they got rid of the Pontiacs and became strictly Acura? I'm hoping this will improve their service. They have ticked me off too in the past. First they wouldn't deal with me at all (I bought from Hubler Acura on the south side). Then I had to wait about 3 weeks just to get an oil change. I only live about 5 minutes from Ed Martin so it would be nice if they got their act together, but maybe the half-hour drive to Hubler would be worth it.

 

I also live 5 minutes from Ed Martin but still make the drive to Hubler in Greenwood as do many of my Northside friends. Very nice dealership and have been good to deal with. Nice waiting room and have always been very accomodating. Bought my TL in Cincinnati because no one in Indy would cut me any deals.
