Would someone be kind enough to post an instructionon on how to replace #24 shown below??

You have to remove the seat, then remove the seat cover, which means taking off a lot of hooks, disconnecting a lot of wiring harnesses, and then you pinch the bottom of the headrest guides so you can get them out.

This takes 4 pages in the service manual. If you really need it I can scan them tomorrow.

If you are doing a mod and want them out, then it will be a lot of work, but if it is something that is covered under warranty then you should let the dealer do it for you.
