I should have checked with helm before posting this message, they told me there are no changes in the 06 manual. If anyone has an 06 tl manual can you tell me if there is any information on tpms system? thank you and again sorry!

I don't have access to the 06 manual, but there must be information in the 06 service manual about TPMS, and maybe a few minor changes also.

I deleted the posts about the s**e and changed the thread title.

Yes. from memory, it describes the location of the sensors, the controller, the transponders in the wheels and OBD codes. Probably a little bit more.

I just received the 2004-2006 service manual from Helm.

TPMS is covered under chapter 18 (90 pages worth). So yes, the new manual does cover the 2006 model. And what they told you was incorrect!

thanks for the info, Italso did not make sense to me that they would make an 06 manual and not have info for the tpms.
