Service Dept Open Until Midnight
I got my Apsec Rims from FedEx yesterday. Was expecting them to get here in the AM. Didn't show up until 530pm. I called the dealer to check on getting them done today. They told me to bring them in and would do it now. Took the rims in SUV, then went and got car. Left it with them, they gave me a loaner. ANd I pick it up this morning.
Mount and Balance= $96
Being able to get it done while I slept was sleeping= PRICELESS
Oh and $5 to put gas in their loaner.

Wow, I wish the dealer service depts here in Cleveland were open until midnight. Unfortunately, Cleveland is one of those places that shuts down after 5.

i actually miss pohanka acura and their service department.
i can tell you that the service department in southern nj where i now live isn't even a shadow of pohanka.
they close at exactly 5- why stay open when people might come in?
pohanka also had a fleet of loaner cars. these guys have nothing.
as a matter of fact, the service department here isn't even in the acura building! it's across the street in a honda dealership.
if it wasn't so close, i'd shop elsewhere.

Keep Right Except to Pass
The service department at Radley Acura at Bailey's Crossroads stays open until 2:00 AM. They call it "service while you sleep." I assume that's probably the latest any of them stay open.

And having the service department open to midnight would be awesome...no more taking off work or wasting a Saturday to go there. Charlotte's like Cleveland (according to Bob)...shuts down at 5:00
