Just picked up my 6MT from Service "B" which the dealer refers to as the "7500 mile" service. It was a bit pricey. Also, there were some ECM updates performed at no charge. The dealer indicated that the next service would not be for another 7500 miles. Though I think I will get an oil change at 3,000.

How much was it? And also, is the B service automatically after A1? or depends on your driving? Cuz i think i might need an oil change soon. But i am not sure if it will say A1 again., or automatically be B service...ohh well. .. again. how much?

If someone does install the fog light in the lower fascia, we should reward that very first post "STICKY" prize. Well, we've discussed this in the thread (u could find it in Garage). Has 04TL been the only weird car without having any low fog light MODs in its first year?


OK, back to the topic, whatever 7500 miles services or 5000 or 15000 miles service your dealers have said to you, it's not so important, you could just follow your MID to do all the maintenance. Since 04TL's MID runs its own, this has ruin dealers' business... IMO.

My first service (A1) was around 5k+ mileage, my dealer showed me "03TL 7500 checking list" and told me this was what I need.

The second service (B) was around 9k+, they showed me the same stuff. They still don't have any 04TL stuff. Anyway, since there is no any standard maintenance service schedules for 04TL yet, dealers could tell you whatever they like or whatever they think is more appropriate.
