Searchable Manual 2004

I was playing around last night, and found out how to convert the scanned manual I have into a searchable .pdf. The conversion messed up some of the pictures and graphs, so it may be smart to have both this one and the original to reference.

Enjoy.

P.S. Mods, let me know if this is not ok to post.

No problem. I remembered when I first got the manual and how hard it was to find things quickly. Now you can just search for it!

Nice, way to take it two steps further. You should probably share that when you're done How long did your OCR take? I left mine go overnight since I wasn't sure on the timeframe.

The first one worked for me when I checked it...just opened it and saved it once open.

I just found out that it may not be ok to post it, which is probably why the second link was removed. This post should probably be closed as well haha....sorry.

it just worked for me. Use the orange button that says download file, BUT FIRST ENTER THE FOUR DIGIT ALFA/NUMERIC ABOVE THE BUTTON, THEN CLICK THE BUTTON AND WAIT 45 SECONDS. click the download button once more and check save it bullet.

Would you please post it up after you are done? I swear I spend more time looking for something in the manual than actually working on the car. Doesn't help when it's below freezing so I can't feel my fingers after half an hour of working on the TL anyway.
