I try to get it every evening if I can, if not before and after work. Keeps the engine clean, ya know?

I'm just kiddin man, do it once a year. I've made it easy, oil changes every Jan 1st and June 1st, PS fluid, Brake fluid and Seafoam also on Jan 1st. I run AMSOil & AMSOil Filter, which manufacturer claims are good for 12 months or 25k miles, but I feel better not chancing the detergents breaking down, etc. Also do ATF (if you're AT) and coolant every 3 or 4 years. People will say "blah blah blah but they last for 800,000 miles!!"

Well coolant takes about an hour or less, and costs about 20 dollars to do. Same with power steering, brake fluid is just 5-10 bucks, and ATF is a bit more expensive but it's wwaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy cheaper than a tranny.

my 2 cents.
