I'll try and get it up after my next class. Our digital camera only has 1 bar left, but I can try to fit in 15 minutes... I'll just film the procedure, not the drive.

Why the change to P2 on just the TB spacer- whats the differance, I cant have one because not type s
Because the P2R is thicker and made of aluminum. Plus it looks better. Not sure if there is a difference as far as hp. It does feel cool even after a bit of spirited driving.

you dont own an older car- you own a TL- so what exactly is your concern??
Did you miss the several positive feedback post for gen3, just above yours?
and everyone on this thread and all the other seafoam threads say the same thing
= car runs smoother and better

so the guy helping me wasnt too much of help....I told him to keep the engine living and don't rev a lot....keep her steady at 1200-1500 rpm....n he wud rev her up and leave her idle....the frigging engine shut off twice....and the engine either misfired or something felt like a lil explosion....anyway started her up n finished the sip-sip process.....

Then waited like 15 mins and started her on....half a crank n she was up....and she idled perfectly.....so I was like "let the fun begin"....pushed her to M and off I went.....knocked n spit out a big white cloud....people were looking n prolly sayin "dumb-fu*k is screwing a sexy car".....lolZ....

And the runs were nice.....around 4000 rpm....3rd gear.....not much smoke.....and the vtec pulls.....no smoke at all.....

well will drive it couple days n let u guys know the pros cons.....I had like 2 questions btw.....

1. Car died 2 times while sip-sip....1 missfire....any probs wid that???
2. Car is 85k miles old...05 TL.....regular oil changes....shell vpower....shell vpower fuel system cleaner after every oil change.....and she didnt smoke much.....everything ight???

totally normal to kill it a few times while learning- you dont want high rpm anyway-
close to idle as possible- no damage from what occured for you- happens to everyone.
Smoke is not the indicator of effect- its the detergent oil in foam burning off the hot exhaust
The 4000 rpm run is just to get everything nice and hot- then some blowout runs
you may not see smoke but cleaning is happening!
try running the fuel cleaner at its max dose next time- if it says treats 8 to 20 gallons...
1/3 of a tank to 1 bottle would be good- or try seafoam 8oz in 1/4 tank
Use the fuel cleaner before oil change- so crud gets in the oil and picked up
Spray clean the TB plate for sure

Did you use the port on top of the intake manifold for gen3 cars?
no other port or line is effective- just the one

yup i did use the right port......now how do i know that......

in some post while you were explaining it to some dude you said "its the port where you put the finger and its gets sucked"......lolz well i put my finger there and dude i knew it was the right port

so yeah am at 83470 miles i think and i have 30% oil life left.....so imma do it again on 85550 and then do the oil change......btw how do you do the seafoam in the engine......i mean whats the procedure to seafoam by putting it in place of the engine oil or in the crankcase ??? and can we do "fuel" + "sip-sip" + "crankcase" together???
