Saw the '07 S

While I was at the Acura dealer today collecting my free car wash, I wandered into the showroom and saw a new S -- 6MT with Nav. The changes are small, but I like them a lot. It was the new brownish Anthracite color with a two-tone interior -- black rug, dash and door panels with taupe seats. Aluminun pedals were very sharp and the wheels really complement the car, as do the new exhaust outlets. God never intended tailpipes to be square. Clear sidemarkers in the rear and turn indicators in the exterior mirrors make the package more contemporary and the badging is tasteful. It was more than a little pricey, though, with a sticker in the $38K area plus a $1200 dealer pack for paint protection. These are going to have to cool off a little before I'd look seriously at one. I liked it better than I thought I would when I just read about it though...bet that added horsepower feels good , too!

I've had my '07 S 6MT for 3 weeks and about 700 miles.

I also paid full sticker but without the $1200 dealer pack for paint protection, something I would not have faith in.

I hope things in your life bring an S to you. It is a delightful, well-made & well thought-out car. You didn't mention what car you're currently driving, but if its a TL, then imagine a TL only better & faster.

Have a healthy, propserous, happy, safe, & peaceful New Year.

I got mine last month WDP with the aforementioned taupe/ebony 2 tone interior and love it. MSRP was $38125 and cap cost was $35,306

Very pleased

Oh yeah, sprang (got taken) for the paint protection for $299 and the tire / wheel road hazard for $250
