Santa Monica Acura Can Kiss My Ass!

I called because my headliners falling. I said this is my 3rd time going in to fix it. I asked if he had a remedy for this problem yet.

I dont think he heard me when i said its my 3rd time fixing it.

He had the nerve to say "i've never heard of this problem before."

What an idiot. It's the same guy i talked to about 2 months ago when i first got it fixed.

Good idea to call ACS...

Acura dealership has built their prestige and reputation with the slogan "never heard of it"...

I have been going to Keyes to get my chronic factory problems resolved and they have actually been pretty responsive. I would consider contacting them if you don't mind a little bit of a drive. The service manager's name is Mike Stilwell and my service advisor is Eric. Here's the number 818 782 1120

the hell with no loaners.. tell them to call Enterprise and get you something, it's part of our damned service with Acura. I called on a break and they got me a same day appt but told me they don't have any TL loaners but would be more than happy to get me something from enterprise and they did.. it was a crappy Elantra, but at least I didn't have to stay at the shop.

Time to call ACS.. I know I've been calling them a lot.

Now I'm glad that I bought my TL from Keyes and not Santa Monica Acura (which happens to be less than a mile from my house).

Actually, ACS will tell you what I was told by a customer service person and their supervisor...the dealerships decide when/if they want to give you a rental...they are not required to EVER (according to ACS)

They have not fixed my headliner but a variety of other issues and all have turned out great...they have always worked to get me a loaner or enterprise retal car when reasonable/available.

I thought it didn't matter WHERE you buy the car. When you find defects on your car you can go to any acura dealership and they have to fix if under warranty.
