S2000 vs 3G WRX Wagon

A few days ago, I was on the way back from the gym and as I was merging on the 15 freeway I noticed a newer non-STI 3G WRX wagon following closely and pacing me.

As we found a large clearing in traffic I downshifted to 3rd and he gave the head nod - we did a quick 60-100 run and I got a little bit of a jump and stayed ahead til the middle of 4th - he slowly started creeping on me as I shifted 5th and he eventually pulled out the win as we shut down.

I have to say my car did quite well considering I took out my 75lb sound system and installed an AEM V1 intake. Also, I am seeing those particular WRXs trap 103mph stock.

We both gave the thumb ups and I got off on my exit - One of my better runs in recent memory.

Nice run brah. I see you finally listened to me about moving over to S2000 from TL. S2000 is a fun car to drive and has character. The chance of getting chicks will be higher.

That seriously has to vary on what side of the states your on.

When I was in high school my parents brand new 04 TL made all the chicas smile. That car was classy as hell.
I mention this because an asian boy at my school drove an S2000 and most of the girls with me called him stereotypical asian car names.
But playing devil's advocate he may have been a douche or the other people were just jealous assholes.

Having owned both I can honestly say that my current Civic gets me more chicks than both the TL and the S2000 did. Your car's ghey Tyler.

That's interesting. On the flip side of my coin I had all kinds of guys come at me when I owned a shiny black TL (3rd gen). The car looked classy and sexy. But no girls showed any interest of my car. It's the guys that compliment, wanting to talk to me saying how nice my ride is.
