RV6 Pre Cat Delete question
When I purchased my 07 Tl-S it came with rv6 pcd and I noticed blue smoke coming out the exhaust while taking off in 1st gear and also if there car is on idle some blue smoke comes out so is it normal for this to happened with pcd?
Also my car has an xlr8 j pipe so idk if that makes a difference.

Types of Smoke From Your Car Tailpipe & What It Indicates
Exhaust Smoke Color Diagnosis: Blue, Black, or White?
I've seen cars with PCD but no blue smoke so I would say not normal.

Blue smoke generally means you need new valve stem seals.

Are you noticing your oil level dropping off over time? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. My 2009 Honda Pilot has 200K+ miles and spits out a bit of blue smoke when I start it after sitting for a few days. Yet the oil level never noticeably drops and it runs fine. If that's the case, just leave it alone. However, if your oil level is dropping significantly, you may want to have it repaired. Problem is, it's not a cheap repair. Probably well over $1000 to rip the engine apart and replace seals and rings.

Well, since blue smoke is a result of burning oil, it could be a variety of components. Valve seals are one, piston rings are another possible culprit.
