Rust rear bumper screws

Recently was able to acquire a base aspec oem lip, so I need to take the rear bumper off. Last time I tried (2 months ago), the screws at the end of each side are severely rusted (thanks MN lol) and one of the heads is stripped pretty good.

Anyone have any advice to remove these screws without damaging the quarter panel or the bumper? Thank you!

P.S tried wd-40 and other stuff, they just wouldn’t give still.

wd 40 won't do shit on rust, i can't understand why people keep thinking it will.. you need to have somethign like PB Blaster or Kroil penetrating oil in your artillery... alternatively, use a bolt extractor and replace the bolt with new ones

Drill the head off, replace the clip. Gotta love the rust belt!
