Runroof Rattle....is there a fix?

I read someone knows how to stop the sunroof rattle.

It seems like it is coming from under the sunroof control.

There is a thread somewhere that says the plastic piece in the front that raises up as the window opens is the cause of the problem. Placing some felt under this strip has eliminated the rattle, because that is the piece that vibrates when the window is closed.

Not too many reports of this, but the solution seemed to work for those that tried it.

In NJ we are not quite at sunroof temps yet - maybe this weekend, I wish I could bookmark these posts - cause I know I will be asking the same question(s) later on as it gets warmer...Search feature don't fail me!!
