Round Cut-out in bumper

Hey, anyone knows what that round cut-out outline on the passenger side bumper is? I was wondering what that was and i am too lazy to look it up.

its for a tow hook, youll find the pieces for it in your trunk in the spare tire housing

RTFM - lots of good useful (and useless) safety info in there. Tow hooks are required in JDM, and Honda seems to use them on every model. Even my NSX had one.
