Roughness fast idle??
When warm my engine idles exceptionally smoothly at 800 rpm, rock steady. If I use the go pedal just a touch to raise the speed to the 1200 to 1300 area it feels noticably rough, like it is missing. Can some of you try this to see if it is common to the breed or if I need to have it checked? I am due in for an oil change in about a month, but would go sooner if this seems not normal.

Couldn't hurt anything to mention it to your tech and perhaps illustrate what it does for him as he sits in your car so he fully understands what it's doing.
If it is bad gas, the next tank should cure your problems.
