Rough Acceleration?

I'm not sure whether I actually do have it, but my reasoning is... I have a 06' TSX and when I accelerate/ press on the gas it feels so much smoother than my 06' TL. I'm not sure if its a problem with the spark plugs, engine or something like that. Someone told me it could be the cataylc converter or something else and that I should get a engine diagnostic?

And which spoiler for a NBP 06' TL.

Get the engine diags and see what CEL codes come up. That will tell you the problem. Good luck.

Lip all the way!!!!

Also, my step dad has an 04 TSX and i have an 06 TL and i feel that my car is WAY smoother. Not sure if many changes were made between the 04 and 06 TSX, but i would assume that there is something wrong with your TL. Good luck!!

the rough acceleration can be due to a number of things, I suggest that you post the mileage of the car, what maintaince it has had done, auto/manual, etc.

few things:
Dirty EGR Valve
Dirty throttle body
Bad Gas
Bad Spark-Plugs
Dieing battery
broken motor-mounts/binding motor-mounts
suspension issues

Brought for Oil Change and said all fluids and battery is good.
I have a 06' TL with 44k miles.
Tires/Brake Pads

Thats basically all I've replaced so far. I use 93 Octane/Premium Fuel all the time. I even use Fuel injector cleaners (Seafoam treatmant) once every 3k miles. I sometimes use octane boosters.

imo you're using too much of the cleaners and 93 + octane booster, i have no idea if that has anything to do with your acceleration problem or not but i'd cut back on that if i were you. have you done the seafoam treatment through the throttle body or the seafoam deep creep? get a mechanic to check your plugs and egr valve as csmeance mentioned

I haven't used the cleaners for at least 5k miles. I haven't used octane booster for 5k miles either. I'm going to get a Engine Diagnostic this Friday/Saturday because I'm busy all week. Does anyone know stores like Autozone/Oreily do those engine diagnostic for free? Or if they cost money how much do they usually cost? Because I may bring it to a mechanic which only cost $60.

I'm going to forget about the spoiler just leave it as it is.

Going to add a Cold Air Intake / K&N Air Filter soon

First going to run a Engine Diag. this weekend to see if my engine is running fine.
