Roof Wrap

Hey Guys, i'm about to DIY wrap my roof tmrw. Got a good deal on black gloss vinyl from my cousin so i figured id give it a go. I want to ask though, for our 3G roof, those black strips that run from the back windshield to the front windshield down the door post, is that removable? or should i wrap my roof with it on? I've seen plenty of videos of people using a screwdriver to remove the strips off STI's or BMW's but im not sure about our car?

What do you guys think?

Removing the rails make this SO much easier. Watch the YT video below for the DIY.

you can remove the rails and you can replace the clips on them if you happen to damage one.

Also take off the rear dome light covers, remove the bulbs and you should be able to access the bolt that holds the XM antenna on. That way you can loosen it slightly and wrap under the bubble and over it too for a very clean look.
