Hey Everyone!

I need to start transporting two bicycles around on my '07 TL, and I'm hoping to get some guidance / recommendations from the group. I'm open to considering different manufacturers of rack (Thule v. Yakima) and installation option (trunk vs. roof), but I was hoping to hear about other folks' experiences.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be most welcome.

thule's are really nice. They look pretty good on the TL also give it a sporty edge to it. They can be costly though but im sure you know this.

 

I have a Yakima set up for skis / snowboards for my TL, and a Thule cargo box for my Land Rover.

I've been using both brands for over 20 years now, and IMO, you can't go wrong with either.

As for trunk racks, I tried a Saris trunk rack on a Prelude I had back in the 90's, and hated it. It left marks on my trunk after using it on one road trip, and I never used it again.
