Roadtrip question

I might be going on a 16 hour drive (3people) straight to smoky mountain, and stay there for 3 nights, and drive back home. its going to be a total of 2000miles in one weekend lol. is 16 hour drive straight going to be bad for the engine? or should I just grab a rental?

Absolutely not. Your car will be just fine. You should enjoy some good gas mileage, as well.

How in the world could it be bad for the engine? Heavens no. Your engine will be fine.

The car will be fine. Just make sure to tape the front is you don't want road wear.

I took a 12 -13 hour trip through the mountains from Edmonton to vancouver and back and the car was fine and an absolute blast to drive. I am planing another road trip like that in september. I just change my oil before the trip
