Replacing BackSeat interior door trim

Does anybody know how to replace the plastic door trim pieces that are beside the back seats?

I noticed recently that the one of the long plasic pieces on my passenger side has a bad gouge in it and would like to replace it or repair it.

Thanks for any help!

The hard part is removing the back seat. These threads will show you how. Once you get the back seat out, the trim pieces just pull out. Thr service manual doesn't even give any instructions for removing the trim, so it must be easy.
